since i don't really know what these wee friends look like (only sound like) i am going to try to paint them later this week. Do you have something similar in Peru?

if you ever find me extremely negligent in replying to your replies, it's because sometimes i plum forget to subscribe to comments, and therefore know not that you have spoken... not for lack of love. because, you know, i hang on your every word... ;) heheh.

i don't know what ours are called, but we have LOTS of singing frogs. and a few days ago when i heard you mention this, i realized that i didn't write down the day of my first hearing. which is really sad, because weeks ago, i remember that i had consciously wondered when i would start hearing them again (it had seemed past the day when i should already be hearing them), and then i remember the day, and now, it's been too long and it's all a jumble, and i didn't write it down! so sad. so i promise to be more expectant than ever next year... i do hope you post your painting!!!!!!!

    Virtual Life?

A wee explanation: this website was created as a way to amplify the daily surprise of seeing glory in one small life.  The notebook entries represented here are all selected from things actually lived and noted on paper in an effort to live the full life British educator Charlotte Mason so ably championed.

    In Appreciation
Photos chosen are linked to their original posts in most cases because I have found something of value there and hope my readers will likewise find a helpful resource.  In the case of miss-attribution or if you desire your work not be linked, please let me know.
