"the composite...bone cells, fat cells, blood cells, muscle cells--differs entirely from my components ten years ago. All cells have been replaced by new cells (except for nerve cells and brain cells, which are never replaced). Thus, my body is more like a fountain than a sculpture: maintaining shape, but constantly being renewed."
